A key part of that requirement is for the successful contractor to be proactive and manage the contract with open lines of communication at all levels. That communication must include frequent and proactively provided management information, including reports on worked and banked hours per month. Renewal: The contract is for an initial three year term. There is an option to extend the contract for a further two years subject to mutual agreement, based on strong financial and qualitative performance by mutual agreement.
