Lot 1

East Lothian Council is looking to appoint a provider for Legionella and Water Quality. The Term Maintenance Contract will be to undertake Legionella & Water Quality Management & Associated Works primarily to Public Buildings (although there is a limited amount of Estates, HMO Building's etc) which include the following: 1. Risk Assessments (including Reassessments). 2. Monitoring Tasks. 3. Inspections. 4. Cleaning & Disinfection Tasks. 5. Analytical Testing. 6. Water Cooler Servicing. 7. Reactive Maintenance. 8. Remedial Works (where necessary). Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: This is a 3 year contract with the option to extend once by one year (3+1)
