### Lot Information

Supply of Nitrogen Purging Services

Lot 1 relates to the supply of Nitrogen Purging services on YWS assets including sludge digesters, biogas storage and ancillary systems. Lot 1 will include both planned and reactive works. It is expected that the contractor will take on Principal Contractor role as defined in the CDM regulations.

Options: The contract can be extended by 24 months on two occasions.

Renewal: The initial contract award will be for 36 months with two possible 24 month extensions

Supply of Services for Digester Inspection, Preparation, Maintenance, Refurbishment and Design of Biogas Systems

Lot 2 relates to the Supply of Services for Digester Inspection, Preparation, Maintenance, Refurbishment and Design of Biogas Systems. Lot 2 covers planned activities to enable the internal inspection and repair of digesters, including digester decommissioning & re-commissioning and related minor structural and mechanical repairs. Lot 2 will also include the design works to facilitate the re-design, new build or re-positioning of assets connected to YWS biogas systems. It is expected that the contractor will take on Principal Contractor and Principal Designer role as defined in the CDM regulations.
