The Council currently maintains the following: -153 hectares of municipal grass areas across Powys which includes play areas, housing estates, libraries, etc., which are normally cut 10 times during the year; -19 cemeteries which are cut 14 times; -96 hectares of County Urban verges in towns and villages which are normally cut three times during the year; -4 hectares of shrub bed maintenance; -Over 4600 km's of County Rural highway verges; -134 Roadside Verge Nature Reserves (RVNR's); and The service is currently delivered through a mix of the internal service and external contractors and the service is usually delivered between April and October each year. ### Lot Information 1a -
