Options: The contract shall be effective from the date of award of contract for an initial period of one year. The Council reserves the right to extend/renew the contract up to a further two years . The Council reserves the right to add the following additional requirements to the Supplies under this Contract during the Contract period:- Additional plants not listed in Pricing Schedule. This may be in response to additional requirements being identified. Any contract variation may be subject to further Council internal approvals and be in accordance with the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations. The value in this contract notice includes for the potential of additional services to be added over the three year contract period.

Renewal: Initial contract period of one year/12 months. The Council reserves the right to extend/renew the contract up to a further two years/24 months.
