### Lot Information

Lot 1

National Health Application and Infrastructure Service (NHAIS) is a system that has been developed by the NHS for the sole use of the NHS to help manage primary care patient registrations, practitioner payments, population screening and other services. NHAIS comprises the following modules that are used in N.I., primarily by Family Practitioner Services in the BSO: * Registration of GP patients, including electronic registration links to GP systems; * Breast Screening call/recall, including data transfer to the NBSS system in Belfast Trust; * Cervical Screening call/recall, including data transfer to the Belfast Trust Laboratories and storage of screening history. The NHAIS system is currently supported by Dedalus but further funding is now required as detailed below: * There is a need for an interface to be set up between the current NHAIS system and the new NIDIS solution to facilitate updates from NIDIS. This will be required for as long as NHAIS is utilized for Cervical Screening and Dedalus will need to carry out the required work on the NHAIS side for this. * There is also a potential requirement for development in order that NHAIS is able to facilitate the inclusion of HPV testing. * We also need to factor in costs for data migration and data synchronisation as required for the NIDIS solution * Extraction of historic Breast Screening data from NHAIS to populate the new Breast Screening solution being developed for Northern Ireland
