The project is measured through certain auditable outputs including supporting groups such as those with a disability, ethnic minorities, over 50s and one of the overarching targets is enhancing the labour market status for women through the provision of specialist Leadership and Management skills training.

Leadership and Management courses proposed should tackle at least one of the challenges below: Support leaders and managers in organisations to become sustainable and to capitalise on potential growth. Support leadership to communicate effectively with their team, creating a strong environment for teamwork. Enable effective Change Management. Developing resilience within the organisation. Support the embedding of proven Project Management techniques within the organisation. Help develop internal and external customer service.
