## Summary

The NHSE South West Region has initiated a tender opportunity for a digital platform to support Anatomical Tomography Voxel Streaming (ATVS) for Cross Site Reporting, targeting improvements in Pathology and Radiology services. The core term of the contract spans 8 years, with a maximum Capital budget of £8,274,000. The platform aims to enhance shared patient care by enabling image data transfer in real-time across multiple hospitals within the South West Trusts group.

This tender offers significant growth opportunities for businesses providing IT services, software development, Internet services, and support, specifically in the healthcare sector. Companies with expertise in medical software packages, network systems, and image-processing software are well-suited to compete. Interested suppliers must adhere to the submission terms and suitability criteria outlined in the tender documents to be considered for this open procurement procedure.

## Notice

The NHSE South West Region would like to implement a single solution that provides a unified reporting streaming experience for their Pathology and Radiology in the first instance and then developing out to further 'ologies as the clinical networks develop. The solution should allow for image data to be transferred and accessed in a bi-directional manner to support shared care of patients without compromising on speed of access and image fidelity on a near real-time basis. The deliverables include but are not limited to modification, (during and post implementation), installation, integration, implementation and relevant on-going support of a capital funded asset (ICT system) which will support improved service. The platform should be accessible across the group of hospitals and from remote locations without the need for complex, expensive end-user hardware to allow for flexibility, and ease of use while maintaining a consistent in-hospital experience from all locations. For the following South West Trusts (each Trust will have an individual contract): Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust North Bristol NHS Trust Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust Somerset NHS Foundation Trust Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust Yeovil District Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Dorset University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Please Note: Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Dorset University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust may award a contract in the future under this procurement if required and which will subject to receiving Capital funding.
