The procurement for Lot 2 - Intervention vehicles has been aborted and no award has been made. Any future requirements for Intervention vehicles (Lot 2) shall be re-procured as a new tender. 4. To protect the commercial interests of all parties involved no pricing or values are stipulated in this notice.

The CCS DPS RM3814 is an already established agreement where new suppliers are able to join at any time. Therefore the contracting authority is only able to use those suppliers successfully registered on the DPS RM3814 agreement (via filter) for further competition without the need or requirement to publicise via OJEU publication. Voluntarily and prior to commencement of the ITT via the DPS, the contracting authority published a Prior Information Notice (PIN) via OJEU advising the potential route to market and to ensure potential suppliers register in good time via the CCS.
