## Notice

Delta Academies Trust is made up of 53 academies, including 34 primaries, 16 secondaries, 1 all-through and 2 alternative provision academies. Predominantly based around Yorkshire and the Humber, we meet regularly, share resources and ideas and employ a large team of specialist primary and secondary experts who work and teach across our schools. This approach has given staff great resources and allowed pupils and students to flourish and achieve. The Head Office is based in Knottingley. Our Mission Statement is to improve educational outcomes for communities in the North of England, creating a sustainable organisation that improves our society and the wider environment. This mission statement is underpinned by the following key strategies and core values. In line with the government White Paper, the Trust expects to grow in the lifetime of the contract to a total of 70 schools (maximum) The ICT support at the Trust is currently all delivered 'in house' through a central team who provide full technical support, installation services, technical support and Trust level strategic leadership. The Trust does benefit from a degree of standardisation in its ICT solution, but at the same time is also cognisant that ICT solutions and technology is developing rapidly. This said, for some years the Trust has maintained a 'cloud first' strategy. In terms of supply of goods and to a degree any necessary ad-hoc services the Trust has relied upon a mix of different organisations and manufacturers. To enable the Trust's IT team to focus on the management of ICT and also to not need to be concerned with the increasing challenges regarding ICT supply, multiple procurements and any 'call off' type implementation requirements the decision has been taken to identify an ICT Supply Partner. Further details of what the Supply Partner will need to provide are noted below but at a high level, the Partner will be responsible for the supply of equipment, software and add-hoc professional services through multiple ongoing projects over the lifetime of the contract. Equipment * All hardware supply on a project and ad-hoc basis * Maintenance of supplied equipment * Equipment disposal * Cabling * Digital signage * Asset tagging * Software eg Microsoft licencing * Technical training as necessary * Technical delivery if necessary General * ICT design with construction and design teams eg for new free Schools * Online portal for agreed goods * Order management processes including multi-site delivery from one PO * Innovation & ongoing input into SND (Standard Network Design) * Collective partnership (CSR) targets aligned to the Trust objectives Discretionary * Equipment Disposal * Cabling * Large Space AV * CCTV Bidders should note the following: * The Trust will provide a standard contract as part of the ITT Pack * There will NOT be an initial requirement for TUPE
