GMCA is looking to replace the compute and storage elements of the data centre with new NetApp and Dell hardware (the required hardware is outlined in section 4). This includes professional services for installation and elements of migration of the new solution. GMCA require the solution to be covered for support and maintenance over a 5 year contracted period. This includes hardware replacement, monitoring and alerting.
