The planned investment and regeneration major works are to be provided to Clarion owned and managed Properties in the South West. This includes (but not exhaustively) local authority areas of Exeter, Plymouth and Bristol. These Properties are a mix of general needs, supported housing and Leaseholder/shared ownership properties.
