## Summary

The Museum of London has recently completed a procurement process for Development and Design Services involving the creation of a new website, collections online platform, ticket purchase path, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The procurement was categorised under IT services and falls within the services main procurement category. The Museum, based in London, sought service providers to deliver these services in parts or as a whole. The procurement method used was a selective process with details available on the Delta eSourcing portal. The key deadline for this award was on 29th December 2023.

This tender by the Museum of London presents excellent business growth opportunities for companies specializing in IT services, particularly in consulting, software development, and Internet support. Businesses adept at UX and visual design, technical development, and CRM integration would be well-suited to compete. The Museum's procurement method involved a restricted procedure, and opportunities for winning contracts depended on quality and cost criteria. The tender process was active, providing a chance for suitable suppliers to engage and potentially secure contracts for various services related to digital transformation.
