The contract will be awarded by negotiated procedure without further publication of a call for competition, as this PIN is used as a call for competition. This procurement and all communication with suppliers will be managed electronically via FirstGroup's Wax Digital e-procurement system. The estimate of the total value is based on if TPE exercises all the rolling stock options available including new train maintenance depot facilities.
