To provide complete reports to include * Photograph identifying the location. * General site and survey information * Survey results including asbestos type results. * Photographs of the locations of Asbestos material * Drawing plan indicating the location of Asbestos and the location of labels * Condition, recommended actions, * Analysis results * Asbestos register summary * Updated data spreadsheet to be completed as per the required format (ACM Import Data attached Appendix) to enable upload onto UHDB Trust Plant FM system. * Reports and ACM import data sheet are to be provide to the Trust within 21 days of completed surveys.
