This is an early market engagement notice issued by LHC on behalf of LHC and our regional entities. This notice seeks to provide early notice of the market engagement and subsequent procurement activities LHC intend to carry out during 2023 in relation to the establishment of new frameworks. PLEASE SEE SECTION II2.4 FOR MORE DETAILS AND TIMESCALES FOR EACH PROJECT LISTED IN THIS SHORT DESCRIPTION SECTION PLEASE SEE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION SECTION FOR THE LINK TO EXPRESS EARLY INTEREST IN ANY PROJECT LISTED ASSET SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE FRAMEWORK This framework will provide clients with a range of asset safety consultancy, testing/inspection, servicing, and maintenance services to ensure the safety of their properties. The tender will be released for bid applications at the end of January 2023 and it is anticipated the new framework will be live in summer 2023. REFURBISHMENT AND ASSOCIATED RETROFIT WORKS FRAMEWORK (WORKING TITLE) This framework will be designed to support clients with delivering a range of refurbishment, associated retrofit, and improvement works. Early market engagement is expected to take place during February and March 2023, with an anticipated tender release late spring / summer 2023 ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND DECARBONISATION FRAMEWORK (WORKING TITLE) This framework will be designed to support clients with delivering a range of energy efficiency and decarbonisation works helping them with their journey to achieving net carbon zero and improving the ratings of their stock. Early market engagement is expected to take place during summer 2023, with an anticipated tender release autumn 2023. FIRE SAFETY FRAMEWORK (WORKING TITLE) This framework will be designed to support clients with delivering a range of fire safety related consultancy, installation, replacement, and servicing requirements. Early market engagement is expected to take place during spring 2023, with an anticipated tender release summer 2023. SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF ALUMINIUM WINDOWS AND DOORS FRAMEWORK This framework will be designed to support clients with the design, supply and installation of aluminium windows, doors, and curtain walling for all types of public sector refurbishment and new build projects. Early market engagement is expected to take place during summer / autumn 2023, with an anticipated tender release winter 2023.

ASSET SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE FRAMEWORK The Asset Safety and Compliance Framework (ASC1) will provide clients with a range of asset safety consultancy, testing/inspection, servicing, and maintenance services to ensure the safety of their properties. There will be a range of individual consultancy, testing, servicing, and maintenance lots that interested parties can apply for. >> Asbestos Consultancy, Surveys, and Removals >> Property Protection and Associated Services >> Water Testing, Treatment and Management >> Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Compliance, Servicing, and Maintenance >> Electrical Testing and Associated Services The tender will be released for bid applications at the end of January 2023 and it is anticipated the new framework will be live in summer 2023. Full scope of this framework will be defined following our market engagement activities however it is anticipated this framework will allow for a range of works to be carried out including: >> Kitchen and bathroom replacements and associated works >> Painting and decorating >> External works >> Electrical works >> Multi-disciplinary works Early market engagement is expected to take place during February and March 2023, with an anticipated tender release late spring / summer 2023 ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND DECARBONISATION FRAMEWORK This framework will be designed to support clients with delivering a range of energy efficiency and decarbonisation works helping them with their journey to achieving net carbon zero and improving the EPC ratings of their stock. The full scope of this framework will be defined following our market engagement activities however we anticipate the framework will contain a range of individual specialist energy efficiency measures and works (such as solar PV, heat pumps, EWI etc) and also main contractors able to deliver programmes of works containing multiple energy efficiency works. Early market engagement is expected to take place during summer 2023, with an anticipated tender release autumn 2023. FIRE SAFETY FRAMEWORK This framework will be designed to support clients with delivering a range of fire safety related consultancy, installation, replacement, and servicing requirements. The full scope of this framework will be defined following engagement with clients and interested parties as part of LHC's market engagement activities, however LHC at this stage anticipate the framework may include: >> Fire Safety Consultancy >> Fire Risk Assessments and Fire Safety Inspections >> Passive Fire Protection Installation, Servicing and Maintenance >> Fire Alarm Installation Testing, Servicing and Maintenance >> Fire Suppression System Installation, Servicing and Maintenance >> Waking Watch Services >> Cladding Remedial / Replacement Early market engagement is expected to take place during spring 2023, with an anticipated tender release summer 2023.
