The contract is for the inspection, installation, repair and maintenance of Refrigeration Air Conditioning and Ventilation equipment and associated controls across domestic properties, corporate buildings, seafront locations and highways within Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council. The contract will commence on 01 June 2023 for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend annually for a further 2 years. Therefore if the full extension is taken, then the full contract duration shall be 5 years.

Renewal: The Authority has 2 options to extend the contract and each option shall be an additional 12 months. The maximum period of this contract shall therefore be 60 months and this period includes all options to extend.
