It will be up to the supplier to ensure that they make contact with the recipient once the order has been provided. The provider will need to supply extra support as they will be dealing with, including but not limited to, those with learning difficulties, mental and physical disability and domestic violence victims. A local point of face to face contact must be provided to ensure these groups are supported with ongoing issues or support. The provider must have local knowledge of the City of Southend to be aware of restrictions with parking and access to properties plus a good understanding of the different types of properties including but not limited to HMO and tower blocks.
