The main project requirements are as follows: To survey, design, obtain all necessary consents, plan, resource, manage and deliver the new waiting shelters, seating and wayfinding programme within required timescales, to a high quality and with nil defects at Practical Completion. To comprehensively plan, monitor and report on Health, Safety & Quality throughout the design and construction phases. To properly plan and implement the works without disrupting the operational Station or Traincrew environment(s) Where necessary, to liaise and co-ordinate with specialists in respect of CCTV camera's, power/date provision including new containment etc to ensure that all specialist installations are installed and operational at Practical Completion.
