The procurement falls outside the scope of application of the regulations Artistic Reg 32(2)(b)(i) Technical 32 (2)(b)(ii) and 32(6) or Exclusive Rights 32(2)(b)(iii) Reasons UKAS is the sole national accreditation body in the UK.
