The Service Provider shall be required to offer services to all Trust employees for the following; Absence Management & Referral, Work Health Assessment / Pre-Employment Assessment, Ill Health Retirement, Immunisations / Vaccinations / Inoculations, Health Surveillance, Infection, Prevention and Control, Management Support, Health & Wellbeing Services (Core) Additional information: We are offering a supplier session on the 7th March 2023. Lot 2 EAP Services (incl. Trauma and Critical Incident Support)

Lot 2 Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Services (including Trauma and Critical Incident Support). The Service Provider shall provide a 24-hour confidential telephone helpline, advice and information service to Trust staff. Counselling Services, Mediation Services and Management Support.
