The intention is to appoint the most economically advantageous tenders, based on the evaluation criteria of 20% Quality, 15% Social Value & 65% Commercial Lot 2 - Medium & Large Non-operated Plant -The larger type of plant equipment is covered in the range including swing shovels, excavators, dumpers and tele-handlers. The intention is to appoint the most economically advantageous tenders, based on the evaluation criteria of 20% Quality, 15% Social Value & 65% Commercial Lot 3: Miscellaneous and Specialist Non-operated Plant, Equipment and Self Drive Commercial Vehicles - for the hire of portable traffic lights, portable toilets, specialist drilling equipment, site accommodation and welfare units. The intention is to appoint the most economically advantageous tenders, based on the evaluation criteria of 100% Commercial.
