Northern Ireland Electricity Networks Limited (NIE Networks) has a significant volume of NIE Networks owned specialist vehicles and HGV trailers which require routine servicing, maintenance, inspections and repairs to comply with legislative requirements. NIE Networks wished to establish framework agreement with one operator for the services of suitably experienced contractors to provide these services across Northern Ireland. This Framework is established for a period of 5 years with an option (exercisable entirely at NIE Networks Discretion), to extend for up to a further 3 year period. (8 years in total)

Renewal: Optional extension period of up to 3 years
