The programme seeks to do this through, building a collaborative and cohesive cross-sector, multi-agency partnership with shared aims and a joint approach. Also, sing a range of data and evidence to identify the networks (and individuals within these networks) most at risk of involvement in serious violence to ensure that decision-making relating to inclusion in the programme is as objective and consistent as possible.
