## Summary

The North West SEND Flexible Purchasing System tender has been initiated by Cheshire East Council and other local authorities in the North West region. The tender aims to provide education and training services for children, young people, and young adults with education, health, and care plans (EHCP) up to the age of 25. This procurement falls under the services category and includes day education placements, residential placements, and other support services. The buying organisation, operating in the UK, has outlined a two-phase approach to cater to different age groups of learners with specific needs.

This tender presents an opportunity for businesses specialised in education and care services to engage with local authorities in the North West region. Companies offering services related to special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), as well as those experienced in managing complex care requirements, would be well-suited to compete in this procurement process. Potential suppliers are encouraged to align their offerings with the objectives stipulated in the learners' EHCP and demonstrate compliance with relevant statutory requirements to enhance their competitiveness in this tender process.
