This may include trade mark strategy and applications, design right applications, or advice in relation to copyright. Patentable IPR Services - Engineering and Physical Sciences Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult will, from time to time, require advice and services in relation to all patent related matters in this Lot (Engineering and Physical Sciences). Suppliers are expected to be capable of delivering advice and services across the full range of Requirements set out below. Patentable IPR Services - Chemistry and Biosciences Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult will, from time to time, require advice and services in relation to all patent related matters in this Lot (Chemistry and BioSciences). Suppliers are expected to be capable of delivering advice and services Patent, design and trademark renewal services To maintain in force the CGTC portfolio of existing and new patents, trademarks, design rights and other associated registrations, licenses and certifications.
