The works are as may be required from time to time during the Framework Period by the Framework Administrator or his representatives. All-Trades works including but not exclusively Joiner, Plumber, Electrical, Builder, Plastering, Painting, Tiler and house clearance/cleaning, etc Generally, within the six geographical lots of the framework (Scotland wide) but may include any other geographical areas in future after new build developments.
