The service commencement date for both lots is 5th December 2023. Please note the deadline for ITT submissions is 12:00PM on Friday 17th March 2023. This procurement has been advertised in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) (the "Regulations") to the extent that the Regulations relate to services within the scope of Schedule 3 thereto (Social and Other Specific Services). The Commissioner and AGCSU are, therefore, bound only by those parts of the Regulations applying to Schedule 3 services. ### Lot Information Lot 1 South Hereford Expectation to deliver 18,500 UDAs at a UDA Value for PS30. Providers are to note the Commissioner will not be providing any premises for the delivery of the service, therefore interested providers will be responsible for sourcing appropriate dental premises. Premises should have access to a car park and be near public transport, and premises requirement will need to meet HTM 01-05. The premises must be within the boundary map for Lot 1 South Hereford as per requirements detailed within Document 1 (see tender documentation for further information). Providers are to note the Commissioners will be providing Infrastructure funding up to PS100,000 for each Lot, for costs associated to sourcing or fitting out suitable premises, and associated recruitment costs (see tender documentation for further information). The contract is expected to run for a period of 7 years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years (maximum total contract duration 9 years) with an estimated contract value of PS4,995,000. The contract to be entered into will be in accordance with the NHS Personal Dental Services Agreement (2018). Lot 2 North Hereford Expectation to deliver 18,500 UDAs at a UDA Value for PS30.
