## Notice

Lot 2 Lancashire Carers Advocacy This is a distinct service exclusively for carers. The service will provide all statutory advocacy for carers under the Care Act, will seek to increase awareness of the rights of carers under the Act, and liaise closely with the Independent Advocacy service, the Carers Assessment and Support Service and other council-procured services to promote the availability of and engagement with the new Carers Advocacy service. This is a Light Touch, Schedule 3 Procurement process.
