Lot 1

The key requirement of this service is to provide housing related support to individuals in Pembrokeshire who are at risk of homelessness and have been identified as a victim, survivor of perpetrator of VAWDASV. The requirement includes the need for individuals to develop the skills necessary to access and maintain suitable accommodation. The service will provide accommodation-based housing related support for people who are resident in the six bed Refuge, the four 2/3 bedroom move-on properties and the five units of dispersed accommodation across Pembrokeshire. The Floating Support element will be delivered countywide to individuals in the community, usually in their own homes (where possible), in temporary accommodation, the Service Provider's office or at a venue agreed between the Service User and Service Provider.
