This Lot is for the Poole neighbourhood and the hardwired Tunstall warden call system, and other associated equipment such as door entry, fire alarms, emergency lighting. The contract will commence on the 01 July 2023 and the contract term will be for two years with the option to extend annually for a further three years (2+1+1+1). Therefore, if all extensions were taken the full length of the contract would be for five years. The anticipated start date of the contract is 01 July 2023.
