Flying Start Refresh Tender 2 Carmarthenshire County Council, Flying Start is seeking to procure a childcare provider to deliver high quality funded childcare to all eligible 2-3-year-old children living in Kidwelly, Carmarthenshire. The provider will be required to deliver the childcare within the Flying Start facility at the newly built primary school, Ysgol Y Castell, Kidwelly from 1st September 2023. The Council is holding a market briefing webinar on Microsoft Teams on Tuesday 7th March 2023 between 6:15pm and 7:45pm. The briefing session will provide an overview of the service specification and tender process. The tender is expected to be live mid-March 2023.
