In addition to Section 89, we are also inviting bids from Section 22 permit holders on LOTs as outlined on the Form of Tender. LOTs 2 & 3 in Batches 23002 and 23003, South Yorkshire Schools Services: bids are invited on a Minimum Cost basis only, from Section 89 bidders only; we are not inviting bids from Section 22 permit holders on LOTs 243 to 300. ### Lot Information General Network LOTs in Batch 23001, South Yorkshire General Network: bids are invited on both a Minimum Subsidy basis and Minimum Cost basis. In addition to Section 89, we are also inviting bids from Section 22 permit holders on LOTs as outlined on the Form of Tender. Options: Batch 23001 (General Network): Alternatives will be considered if full timetable(s) are supplied with the tender response; alternative timetables will only be accepted with the usual tolerance (+/- 15 minutes) and where coordinated departures/arrivals are maintained. We recommend that compliant bids are submitted with alternatives supplied in addition to this. Renewal: Upon expiry Schools 1 Year LOTs in Batches 23002 and 23003, South Yorkshire Schools Services: bids are invited on a Minimum Cost basis only, from Section 89 bidders only; we are not inviting bids from Section 22 permit holders on LOTs 243 to 300. Batch 23002 (Schools): 1 September 2023 to 31 July 2024 inclusive (190 school days) Options: Batches 23002 and 23003 (Schools): Alternatives will be considered if full timetable(s) are supplied with the tender response; alternative timetables will only be accepted with the usual tolerance (+/- 15 minutes) and where the start/arrival times of the schools are met. Route change proposals must cater for all current pupil demand. Tenders from operators with a Valid PSVAR Exemption extension certificate will be considered for LOTs 243 to 273 within Batches 23002, subject to a copy of the certificate being made available to the Executive.
