The programme outputs also include the establishment of a Higher Education Centre of Expertise, a new demand-led, draw down facility to ensure the FCDO's global network has access to high-quality technical expertise, best practice and tailored policy advice. This EME will introduce the aims of the SHEFE programme to the market; stimulate interest; solicit feedback and on its scope, design and delivery model; and share information on the wider programme's timeframe for delivery.
