Providers will need to be familiar with the principal legislation, and statutory requirements relating to the provision of: * Independent Mental Health Act Advocacy (IMHA) * Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA) * Relevant Person's Paid Representative (RPPR) * Rule 1.2 Representative (Community DoLS) * Independent Care Advocacy under the Care Act 2014
