There will also be a requirement for some new installation works up to pre-established values. The service and maintenance contract shall ensure the performance standard for the entire building control system is met, including delivered environmental conditions, plant operating efficiency and occupier comfort.

Renewal: Contract may be extended up to two (2) years in one (1) year periods.
