This Procurement seeks to award a single contract for the hire of Tractors and ancillary equipment for MAG to support with winter operations and other airport related activity such as, but not limited too: grass cutting and tree clearing.

### Lot Information

Lot 1

The hire of tractors and ancillary equipment which includes but is not limited too; mounted gritters, telehandlers with hitch and bucket and dump trailers. The initial requirement is at Manchester Airport to support winter operations. At present, there is no requirement at East Midlands or Stansted Airport, however, there could be in future. Therefore, MAG reserves the right to incorporate any of MAG's current airports or any future acquisitions into the scope of this contract should a need arise. This contract is for the non-exclusive supply of tractors and ancillary equipment which includes but is not limited too; mounted gritters, telehandlers with hitch and bucket and dump trailers. Additional information: The procurement process will be managed through MAGSource. All bidders interested in participating in this procurement must self-register via the portal which can be accessed here: https://esourcing.waxdigital.co.uk/MAG/Signin.aspx Once registered, please contact Daniel Gibson via email - Daniel.Gibson@magairports.com by Friday 10th March 2023 at 12pm (midday) to be included in the procurement. Any supplier who registers after Friday 10th March 2023 can still participate but the submission deadline for responses will not be extended.

Options: An additional 2 year extension on a 12 month + 12 month basis. Total possible contract term is 60 months (5-Years).
