### Lot Information

Lot 1

Procurement Assist Limited is seeking suitable Service Providers to deliver Internal and External Decorations Works in commercial and residential settings. The exact scope of works is to be determined by each Client that uses the Framework Agreement (either current, or future). The scope of the work will include, and allow for, pre-paint and preparation work. It is envisaged that the Framework Agreement will be awarded on a ranked basis, with Clients being able to Direct Award Call Off Contracts to the highest ranked Service Provider (or the highest Ranked Service Provider in order should the Service Provider decline a contract opportunity). Clients may wish to enter into a Further Competition, as part of their Contract Call Off Process.

Lot A - Internal Decorations

Provision of internal decorations, including surface preparation. Decorations to internal surfaces, woodwork and metalwork.

Lot B - External Decorations

Provision of external decorations, including surface preparation. Decorations to external surfaces, such as render, woodwork and metalwork. Work may be carried out at heights; scaffolding will be required and is included as part of the tender process.

Lot C - Internal and External Decorations

Combination of internal and external decorations, including pre-paint preparation, delivering internal and external decoration requirements on a single site, for greater Client convenience. This Lot will be awarded on a sole supply basis.
