The original Notice, and subsequent Notice, outlined the value of the Initial Term, including implementation, but did not outline the value of the Extension Periods. This detail was included in the Invitation to Tender (ITT). This Notice of Amendment confirms the full value, including Initial Term, implementation period and, additionally if required, the Extension Periods, is estimated not to exceed PS63,624,000. All other details relating to this procurement remain unchanged. As stated in the ITT at paragraphs 1.11 and 1.12 the estimated total value of the Contract over the Initial Term including implementation and additionally if required, the extension periods is estimated not to exceed PS63,624,000. which includes the estimated costs of the services to be provided by the successful tenderer including those provided during the Implementation Period. The actual value of the Contract will depend on several influencing factors including the prices tendered by the successful tenderer, future transaction volumes and whether the Authority exercises its rights to extend. ### Lot Information Lot 1 Add in same details as above Options: The Initial Term of the proposed Contract will be 5 years with the option for the Authority to extend for two (2) further periods each of two (2) years in duration, up to a maximum extension period of four (4) years in aggregate.
