### Lot Information

Groundworks

Contractors who specialise in carrying out demolition and site clearance, as well as ground works, drainage, and associated works. This may include infrastructure; roads, carparks, and footpaths from either a repair or maintenance aspect.

Renewal: Option to extend for 60 months.

Tree Work

Services required include full tree removal, pruning, and stump grinding. Additional works may include site clearance and ground preparation to enable construction work on domestic properties, offices, or commercial buildings.
