Options: The Council has identified the following specific changes or modifications, some or all of which may occur over the life of the Contract:a) an increase or decrease in the number of units of accommodation being sourced during the initial term of the Contract;b) changes to size of units of accommodation being sourced during the initial term of the Contract;c) the requirement for the provision of additional units of accommodation beyond the initial term of the Contract through purchase and / or leasing arrangements;

Renewal: Initial term of 24 months with an option to extend for a further 24 months on a 12 month + 12 month basis.
