These Trade Contract Works shall comprise of the planning, management, Trade Contract design, coordination, BIM, detailed construction drawings, manufacturing, risk assessments, procurement, delivery, setting out, installation and O&Ms for the following works: - Stairs (Steel, steel/timber - feature/BOH). - Stepped/tier Seating. - Balustrades & handrails (Steel, Glass & Timber). - Roof access ladders & step overs. - Steel skirting, trims and sundry items. - Trench grilles, service panels, mesh. - Access gate. - Cycle stand.
