### Lot Information

Lot 1

The initial contract is for two years, from the 2nd May 2023 to 1st May 2025 and based on performance and KPI targets the contract can be extended by a further two, one year extensions until the 1st May 2027 by mutual agreement. The successful Contractor will be expected to mobilise to our timescale and be operational by 2nd May 2023, please refer to Section 1.10 the Tender Process Summary below for more details.

Renewal: Two one year extensions pending performance in accordance with KPI's.
