Lot 1 Fire Safety systems PPM, minor remedial and new installation works will include * Evacuation System* Fire Detection and Warning * Dry Riser* Fire Suppression and monitoring * Emergency Lighting * Fire extinguishers (water, CO2, foam and/or P50)Fire and Exit Doors may be added at a later date subject to College requirements / strategy. Renewal: The contract will commence ASAP (no later than 09 May 2023) and will operate for an initial period of approx. 27 months ending 31 July 2025. Two further options to extend in annual increments will be permitted subject to satisfactory performance and agreement of rates.

Lot 2 Lightning Protection PPM, minor remedial and new installation worksThere is an immediate requirement for the installation of a new Lightning Conductor at Block F of the Stratford-upon-Avon campus. Pricing for this will be sought at tender and works will be required from the onset of the contract.
