There will be a lease between the Registered Landlord and the successful Provider. Providers who wish to provide the services must be registered with the Care Quality Commission. Providers must have a good track record of delivery and have the most recent CQC rating of Good or outstanding for at least 50% of their registered service portfolio for Care homes and Extra Care. The contract will be for three years with the option to extend for a further 2 year period.
