A VEAT notice was published on 16th March 2023 (2023/S 000-007699). This was followed by a 10-day standstill period which ended at midnight on 27th March 2023. Additional information: Please note that the correct value of this agreement is as stated under this notice PS70,247.56. The value in the VEAT notice was given as PS70,227.56 (PS20.00 less) due to an error in the original quotation.

### Procurement Information

An agreement was made in December 2017 to return the hosting of the ICS system from Hampshire Council to the Isle of Wight Council. ICS hosting was originally transferred to Hampshire County Council after the establishment of a strategic partnership between organisations including the provision of senior management for Isle of Wight children's services. This took place in 2012. In the intervening period the ICS/SWIFT product set was sold by Northgate to OLM. A parallel procurement process has been undertaken with Hampshire County Council for a replacement ICS System. The Isle of Wight Council is required to be implementing the same new social care system in line with Hampshire County Council's programme timelines and these have been delayed extensively due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Support and Maintenance contract of the integrated children's services case management system and associated licenses is required to remain directly with the incumbent supplier whilst the implementation and system transition is undertaken. The Council has had to extend a number of times due to delays with the project for the replacement system. A VEAT notice was published on 16th March 2023 (2023/S 000-007699). This was followed by a 10-day standstill period which ended at midnight on 27th March 2023. The contract is intended to begin on 01 May 2023 until 31 October 2023.
