The design of thefeatures will be approved by the Council and the Council will hold the copyright toany bespoke features. Tenderers should note that the contract is for new lighting products only andsecond hand or refurbished units will not be considered. The Town Council is looking for a colour theme which is in keeping with and sensitiveto the Town, however it is receptive to consider a range of options.
