## Summary

The Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office is planning the Technology Centre of Expertise procurement process in the services category. ## Notice

This programme will focus on establishing and leveraging a Technology Centre of Expertise that will support the inclusive, responsible, secure, resilient and sustainable digital and technological transformation of partner countries by providing access to relevant expertise from the UK Government, private sector, civil society, and academia, and leverage links to UK business. The Tech CoE will be created with two components: 1) A Technology Evidence Fund Building the evidence and providing advice and analysis on technology development and governance 2) A Technical Assistance (TA) facility to partner governments Access to technical assistance and expertise to build institutional and entrepreneurial capacity, across digital and technology ecosystems

The EME is to introduce the aims of the Tech CoE to the market: stimulate interest; solicit feedback on its scope, design and delivery model; and share information on the wider programme's timeframe for delivery.
