## Notice

This lot will consist of one (1) Contractor only. The highest scoring bidder for this lot will be appointed to this Lot. Pricing shall be based on a Schedule of Rates (SoR) submitted during the tender period. Works will be awarded under this lot as a direct award.

Lot 2: All Other Works

This lot shall include up to three (3) Contractors. The top three scoring bidders for this lot will be appointed to this lot. Works will be awarded utilising a mini competition. Pricing will be submitted at the mini competition stage.
