### Lot Information

Lot 1

DGC are looking for interested participants who meet the attached service specification to provide equipment and a service for remote monitoring of vital signs and other personal data for vulnerable people of all ages living in Dumfries and Galloway. Interested participants are asked to express an interest in the notice to confirm they can meet the specified requirement set out in the attached document. This contract will be for 12 months as a test of change to test out the service with 75 individuals across Dumfries and Galloway. Reporting will be required at two stages of the contract at 6 months and at 12 months and details at in the attached.
